The Programme

Draft schedule for Euroweek 2024

Group rooms for Students

Rooms for preparation and practice for the poster pitch and presentation are available to students between 09.00 - 18.00 on Tuesday the 23rd and Wednesday the 24th. On the presentation day (April 25th), those rooms are not available since all students should attend all presentations :)

Room for Academics

The room for academics will be available between 09.00 - 18.00 on Tuesday the 23rd and Wednesday the 24th. On the presentation day (April 25th), those rooms are not available since we assume and expect everyone will attend presentations :)

Hopefully you will be able to find other places to sit and work on Thursday (between presentations) if needed.

This room will also be used for the Jury Briefing on Wednesday April 24th between 13.00-14.00 as well as the First Impressions Meeting on Friday April 26th between 10.15-11.30.

Opening Ceremony and Poster Pitch

The opening event as well as the Poster Pitch will be in our biggest auditorium OMEGA, which fits 270 people. The posters will also be visible as an exhibition after the Opening Ceremony for the jury to assess. During the poster pitch they will also be there and each poster will be projected during the pitch.

Presentation rooms

The three presentation rooms: Delta (74 places), Pi (74 places) and Paros (82 places) - or Gamma (75 places), Kappa (62 places) and Lambda (62 places) - (yes, all our lecture rooms have Greek names) are smaller auditoriums with good presentation technology available. They are of similar size and are all situated in the R-block building (or U-block building): Delta just by the main entrance to the R-building (ground floor); Pi is located passed the Prego Origo Café (ground floor), and; Paros is one floor up (basically on top of Omega).

The presentation rooms are available between 09.00 - 18.00 on Wednesday April 24th. Project groups will be given 1.5h time slots to be able to practice in the environment where the final presentations will be on Thursday the 25th.

Global Village on Tuesday evening (23 April)

We are very much looking forward to "tasting" the mixture of cultures being a part of the Euroweek at the Global Village. But how so? If you have not yet experienced the concept of a Global Village – it is like a culinary festival where different cultures meet …..and eat 😊!

Information about the event will be provided later when we have decided on the location of the Global Village and other important details.
